Job summary

Anza Management in California seeks a full-time Leasing Consultant to serve as the initial contact between the public and the company, leasing apartments and contributing to marketing efforts. You will manage lease documentation, stay lease-ready, and build resident retention while meeting customer needs.

A minimum of 1 year leasing experience, a California driver’s license, and strong communication are required; Spanish bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments
• Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready
• Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures
• Build a strong resident retention program
• Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting
• Must be energetic and have strong sales skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
• Drive to different locations
