HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing team in Apopka, FL. This full-time temporary 3-month assignment offers a $21/hour pay rate and requires experience in multifamily leasing.

The role involves touring properties, promoting apartments, handling inquiries, and assisting with applications and move-in procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer service skills, be able to closes leases, and be comfortable using property management software like Yardi

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily property management required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with Yardi, OneSite or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide professional, engaging property tours.
• Promote available apartment homes, community amenities, and leasing specials.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Follow up with prospective residents to generate leads and secure leases.
• Assist with rental applications, lease paperwork, and move-in procedures.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records using property management software.
• Address resident questions, concerns, and service requests professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with marketing efforts and maintaining occupancy goals.
• Support the property management team with administrative tasks and daily leasing operations.
