Odin Management LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Sr. Property Manager to lead on-site apartment community operations, including leasing, maintenance and marketing. You will be a take-charge leader joining our winning team.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage financial performance, ensure timely rent collection, and maintain accurate leasing data in Yardi. Strong communication, organization, and urgency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior property/real estate management role.
• Proficiency with Yardi and MS Word/Excel.
• Strong communication and leadership with staff training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing, maintenance, and leasing of the apartment community.
• Recruit, train, and develop on-site staff.
• Ensure financial performance of the community.
• Guarantee rent is collected and posted correctly.
• Address issues promptly with proper follow-through.
• Maintain leasing data in on-site software.
• Manage tenant correspondence, including late notices.
• Create Facebook Marketplace listings to lease apartments.
• Walk vacant units and property grounds.
• Oversee maintenance requests and order supplies with maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs.
