Job summary

Angler's Hotel – Miami Beach is seeking a reliable Dishwasher/Steward to support the kitchen team and maintain a sanitary, well-organized dishwashing area. You will wash dishes, assist with deliveries, and help with deep-cleaning duties as needed.

This role requires a strong work ethic, ability to work evenings and weekends, and a collaborative attitude in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher/ steward experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented individual.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Clean kitchen workstations, floors, and storage areas.
• Remove trash and food waste from back-of-house areas.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries.
• Restock supplies and cleaning products as needed.
• Support culinary team during service with cleaning tasks.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
