Angler's Hotel – Miami Beach is seeking a reliable Dishwasher/Steward to keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary. You will support the culinary team, ensure equipment and areas meet high cleanliness standards, and help with opening, closing, and deep-cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing or kitchen utility is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safe operation of equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area throughout the shift.
• Clean workstations, floors, storage areas, and service areas.
• Remove trash, recyclables, and food waste from back-of-house areas.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food, beverage, and supplies.
• Restock kitchen supplies and cleaning products as needed.
• Support culinary team with cleaning and operational tasks during service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
• Assist with opening, closing, and deep-cleaning duties.
