Job summary

Big League Dreams Las Vegas is seeking a Cook to join our food and beverage team. You will be working under the direction of the Director of Food and Beverage, handling cleaning, inventory, and preparation of food items in a timely, sanitary manner.

Responsibilities include preparing orders, organizing prep areas, receiving inventory, stocking and maintaining quality, and keeping the kitchen and dining spaces clean and safe in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders accurately in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.
• Organize food prep areas for fast, efficient service.
• Prep orders to meet business and quality standards and customer needs.
• Receive and store food and beverage inventory using FIFO.
• Stock and prep responsibilities.
• Monitor food quality to ensure it meets company standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas.
• Clean equipment, tables, windows and floors in the dining space.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of restock needs.
