Job summary

KidStrong South Denver is seeking a KidStrong Coach for our Littleton center. You will lead fun, dynamic classes for children up to 11, mastering the KidStrong curriculum and delivering engaging sessions. Training and certification opportunities are provided to help you level up your coaching skills.

You’ll build strong relationships with families, ensuring classes run on time and with high energy. Part-time role with weekend and weekday afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.
• Experience coaching kids aged walking to 11 years.
• Strong communication with parents and guardians.
• Energetic, engaging presence in every class.
• Mentor to other coaches with good interpersonal skills.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coach like a pro: deliver fun, dynamic classes for kids up to 11 years old.
• Master the curriculum and communicate it with flair.
• Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up through training.
• Engage families before, during, and after class.
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time.
• Keep families excited and connected to KidStrong.
• Coach classes, camps, movie nights and more as needed.
