Qualifications

• 1 year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience preferred.
• Excellent customer-service skills and communication.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to identify needs and objections.
• Present merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer service plans and financing options; work with team to hit sales goals.
• May assist Store Manager with supervisory duties.
