A Key Sales Associate engages customers to understand needs, presents merchandise with confidence, and offers service plans and financing options to drive strong sales performance.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals; may assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
