Banter by Piercing Pagoda, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a dynamic Key Sales Associate to positively impact customers and contribute to a strong team.

You will engage customers, present merchandise, offer service plans and financing, and help meet sales goals while supporting supervisory duties as needed. We value integrity, diversity, teamwork and internal career growth through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
