You will engage customers, present jewelry, discuss benefits and financing options, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store goals.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience and meet sales goals.
• Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties if needed.
