Signet Jewelers, operating Banter by Piercing Pagoda kiosks, is seeking a dynamic Key Sales Associate. Engage customers, present merchandise, discuss features and financing options, and work with the team to achieve sales goals.

Potential supervisory duties may arise for store leadership. Base pay plus commission, with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience through training and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet sales goals.
• May assist Store/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
