Banter by Piercing Pagoda at Signet Jewelers is hiring a Key Sales Associate to engage customers, understand needs, present merchandise and benefits, and drive personal and team sales in a busy retail environment.

You'll help customers choose extended service plans and financing options, work with the sales team to deliver a superior experience, and may assist Store Manager with supervisory duties. Training provided, promotion from within encouraged.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Presenting merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offering extended service plans and financing options.
• Working with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all customers and meeting individual and team sales goals.
• May also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
