Job summary

BMW of North Haven is seeking a full-time Internet Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an upbeat personality, detail-oriented, and maintains a professional appearance with excellent phone etiquette. Must have exceptional verbal and written communication, customer service and time management skills.

The role involves supporting the sales team, handling internet leads, and enhancing the store’s reputation. Experience in a dealership and CRM familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a dealership.
• CRM tools and MS Office proficiency.
• Sales or customer support background.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and assist clients in a customer-oriented manner.
• Introduce clients to a Client Advisor and communicate needs.
• Record information about client interactions in the CRM.
• Assist with tracking sales calls and leads.
• Develop new business through focused marketing and lead generation.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of BMW vehicles.
• Drive client appointments and explain lease-end processes.
• Handle inbound calls and outbound sales calls.
• Provide premium customer experiences and support service staff.
