Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving concerns.
• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey.
• Schedule appointments to view and test drive inventory.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of new and used inventory.
• Communicate effectively with internet customers via phone, email, or in person.
