Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for review.
• Record daily sales activity and stats.
