Qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willingness to obtain (study course provided; fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates near degree or with relevant sales/athletic background considered)

Responsibilities

• Using Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess needs.
• Attend scheduled calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Collaborate with the team to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily activity and sales progress.
