Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to learn the insurance industry while sharpening sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to discuss needs and present personalized coverage options.

Use Salesforce CRM, manage your own schedule, and work with a team to meet monthly targets. Requires a driver’s license and willingness to obtain an insurance license; company provides study course and license

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate and curate leads within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and solicit referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedules and report daily activity.
