Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Brighton, CO. You will establish and nurture relationships with small to mid-sized customers, conduct 20+ calls daily, and drive machine, parts and service sales.

Expect a base salary with commission depending on education and experience, plus comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have outbound sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems to manage accounts and forecast results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level experience in outbound sales or related field is preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage accounts and track activity.
• Ability to coordinate demonstrations, quotes and qualification processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate demonstrations and facilitate quote/qualification processes.
• Maintain and update accurate customer account information and machine data.
• Track accounts, territory and sales goals in our CRM system.
• Pass parts, service, sales and rental requests to the appropriate person.
• Develop and maintain consultative relationships with customers.
