Job summary

GLS is seeking an Inside Sales Manager in Greenville, SC to oversee a team of 10+ employees, implement programs to reduce delinquency and maximize opportunities, and hire, train, and coach staff to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, strong leadership, and exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience in consumer lending or auto financing is a plus. This exempt role may require a variable schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience with consumer lending or auto financing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 10+ employees.
• Manage staffing, performance evaluations, and terminations.
• Review time sheets and approve time-off requests.
• Motivate team to meet daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals.
• Conduct monthly coaching sessions based on scorecard results and monitoring.
• Develop collection call strategies and monitor team performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Set daily schedules to meet business needs.
• Run daily reports to optimize workflow and service levels.
