The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in auto finance and 5+ years leading teams, plus strong analytical and interpersonal skills to build a highly engaged organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in auto finance originations or servicing, finance operations, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience building and leading teams and managers.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to leverage technology to improve processes and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned operational team to meet company goals and metrics.
• Develop and grow the team to meet staffing forecasts and organizational objectives.
• Manage staffing, performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
• Monitor productivity and customer interactions; provide coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with IT/Analytics to leverage data and streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with consumer finance regulations and internal policies.
• Drive innovative solutions to improve customer experience and efficiency.
