Qualifications

• BLS
• DEA eligibility
• Wisconsin APRN license
• Wisconsin RN license
• Nurse Practitioner certification or equivalent
• Physician Assistant certification (NCCPA)

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient GI consult coverage at Menomonee Falls and West Bend hospitals.
• Collaborate with GI team and other healthcare professionals.
• Order, perform, interpret screening and diagnostic procedures; document in EMR (Epic).
• Educate patients and families on disease, treatment plans and preventive care.
• Monitor quality outcomes and contribute to quality indicators and dashboards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through education and literature.
