The Sales Associate will process transactions, assist with store operations, and support management in merchandising, policies, and loss prevention to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Processes freight and assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy and handles transactions.
• Provides courteous customer service, greets customers, and explains exchange/refund policies.
• Maintains store cleanliness and assists with merchandising on the sales floor.
• Supports loss prevention, reports incidents, and follows operational policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Store Management.
