Job summary

Product Connections is seeking an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations of food and non-food products. You will learn and convey product features, engage customers, and handle event setup, service, and breakdown with a professional appearance.

Responsibilities include interrogating consumers, showcasing products, and maintaining knowledge of representations. This role may involve food samples using common appliances and requires accuracy in reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using and navigating a personal computer or mobile device and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Language Skills: English is the primary language; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented.
• Intercept consumers and demonstrate products in a professional manner.
• Prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.
• Set up and prep Event Table for execution; achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
• Complete expense reports as per Company Policy and submit online requirements on the same day as events.
