Job summary

Product Connections is seeking a part-time Associate to conduct in-store demonstrations, learn products, and engage customers professionally. You will prepare and serve samples, explain features, and maintain a safe workstation in a retail setting.

The role emphasizes proactive consumer interaction, accurate reporting, and collaboration with store personnel. Prior food-handling knowledge is beneficial, with a flexible schedule up to 25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device and internal systems.
• Local Food handler permits may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercept and engage customers to sell products in a positive manner.
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Prepare and serve food samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation with cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare the Event Table for execution.
• Aim for 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit all online requirements on the same day as Event execution.
• Access the internet and internal systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word and PDF forms.
