Job summary

Product Connections is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquire knowledge of products, and present samples professionally in client environments.

The role emphasizes intercepting consumers, explaining product features, and maintaining a clean, safe workstation while adhering to the retailer's dress code. This position may involve limited travel and requires a practical, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred or equivalent.
• Computer Skills: Proficient with PCs and internal systems.
• Certificates/Licenses: Local food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Has desire and ability to intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation with cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visit prep and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit all online requirements on event day.
