Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Associate for in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will acquire knowledge of products, prepare and serve samples, and engage consumers in a professional manner. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean workstation and presenting products confidently in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months' related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device with internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation with cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on the day of Event execution.
