Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a part-time Associate for in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn product details, prepare and serve samples with small appliances, and interact with customers to promote products.

The role emphasizes a professional appearance and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. This position may involve limited travel and requires good communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training preferred; or equivalent combination.
• Computer skills: Proficient navigating on a PC or mobile device using applications and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products in-store and engage consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table and achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
• Complete expense reports and submit online requirements on event day.
