The UPS Store in Liberty, MO is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers ship packages, print documents, and assist with sales. Shifts include Saturdays and Sundays 9:30 AM–4:00 PM and several weekdays 12:00 PM–7:30 PM.

A professional development track with bonuses, commissions, and incentives is offered, with total compensation equivalent to $16/hour or more. Fluency in a second language is welcomed.

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable helping customers with shipping, printing, and sales.
• Enjoys working as part of a small, dependable team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their needs.
• Help customers ship packages and explain shipping options.
• Pack and process shipments safely and efficiently.
• Assist customers with printing, copying, and faxing.
• Ring up sales and explain products and services.
