Job summary

Fort Myers Broadcasting Company is seeking an HR Generalist to support a growing team. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, serve as a primary contact for employees and managers, and help align people practices with company goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR experience, with familiarity in benefits, onboarding, compliance, and HRIS/ATS systems. The position emphasizes confidentiality and multi-priority handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, in HR, business or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with benefits, recruiting, onboarding and compliance.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS/HRMS, ATS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and serve as point of contact for employees and managers.
• Support HR team and align people practices with company goals.
• Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment and vendor relations.
• Support recruitment events, postings, interviews and onboarding tasks.
• Maintain confidential employee records and assist with compliance.
