Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Hotel Sales.
• Proven ability to solicit and close on accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to client inquiries and convert conversations into Rooms and Catering business.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event materials from menus to meeting layouts.
• Prospect for new business through calls, networking, research, and events.
• Host site tours and build relationships with planners to showcase the hotel.
• Coordinate event details including rooming lists and BEOs, ensuring flawless execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts with regular follow-ups.
• Support sales team with duties and contribute to achieving revenue goals.
