Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience, or equivalent external sales.
• 1 year selling or servicing customers toward sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as department point of contact, estimate projects, schedule installers, and track orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory with vendors to ensure stock and pricing accuracy.
• Support checkout, search tools, and department pages when needed.
• Train colleagues on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
