• Master’s in history is required.

• Equivalent education and/or experience (equivalency) accepted.

Responsibilities

• Teach introductory survey courses in World Civilizations, Western Civilizations, United States History, and related subjects.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and integrate technology for in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
• Communicate effectively with students and assess progress through tests and assignments.
• Provide course syllabi and maintain classroom records per district policy.
• Submit grading and evaluation reports in a timely manner.
• Comply with Administrative Regulation 7122 and department expectations.
