Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a part-time Coach to lead high-energy, scientifically designed workouts in our studio. You will engage multiple members, support sales goals, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive member experience.

The role requires 1+ year of group fitness or related customer-facing work, a current Orangetheory certification, and strong communication skills. Flexible weekends/hours are involved in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of group fitness or personal training experience; customer service/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts for all members per class.
• Provide welcoming, inclusive coaching reflecting brand standards.
• Assist in member sales, outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation to grow memberships.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization; assist with tours and program info.
