Exos in Boston is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Specialist to lead engaging, results-oriented group classes. You will tailor workouts to a range of fitness levels, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid preferred.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• Instructors of licensed formats must be trained/licensed for those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, results-driven group exercise classes with a focus on safety and enjoyment.
• Develop and deliver routines for diverse fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide personalized support and modifications as needed.
