Job summary

Bojangles is seeking a General Manager in Minnesota to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety. You will coach a high-performing team and manage resources to deliver profitable sales growth.

You will oversee staffing, inventory, and P&L, partner with the District Manager on regional initiatives, and foster a positive culture that motivates staff to excel during weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, labor, and food costs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation and customer service.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve goals and service excellence.
• Manage P&L to meet budgeted targets.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; schedule labor for productivity.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback promptly.
