Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking a Courtesy Clerk in Wisconsin to support customers from the register to their vehicle, keep the store clean, stocked, and welcoming, and assist in other areas as needed. You will greet customers, help carry purchases, stock shelves, and maintain front-end supplies while working as part of a team.

No education or prior experience is required; Hy-Vee will provide training to succeed in this active, customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and helping them;
• Package purchases and assist customers in transporting them to their vehicle;
• Restock and maintain store areas, clean shelves and floors as needed;
• Keep the front end stocked with bags, paper, and supplies;
• Assist in other store areas and learn store operations as needed;
• Maintain hygiene and adhere to Hy-Vee policies;
• Report to work on schedule and on time.
