Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking a Courtesy Clerk to assist customers from checkout to car, stock shelves, and keep the store welcoming and clean. You’ll greet customers, bag groceries, and help transport purchases as needed. This entry-level role offers training and opportunities to learn across store departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and helping them with their purchases.
• Package customer purchases and assist in transporting them to their vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front end, break room, restrooms, and store aisles.
• Stock, face, and rotate merchandise; understand shelf tags and locate items.
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed and help train new courtesy clerks.
