Roadrunner in Milwaukee, WI is hiring Freight Handlers to keep freight moving safely, efficiently, and on time in a fast-paced dock environment where accuracy and safety matter.

You’ll load, unload, and secure shipments, operate forklifts and hand trucks, and coordinate with dock supervisors to sustain steady flow, reduce rehandling, and meet service goals while following all safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute high precision freight handling by loading, unloading, stacking, and securing freight.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hoists, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain dock flow and readiness by transporting freight and keeping areas clean.
• Support cross-functional coordination with operations leadership and dock supervisors.
• Uphold safety, accuracy, and performance standards under time pressure.
