This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the operations team to uphold safety and performance standards. A high school diploma is required, along with some relevant experience or training.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stack, and secure freight accurately to prevent damage.
• Operate industrial equipment to move freight safely.
• Maintain dock flow and operational readiness.
• Support cross-functional teams to meet throughput and quality goals.
• Uphold safety, accuracy, and performance standards.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret safety rules

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Forklift driver qualification

Ability to perform basic math

Experience in freight, logistics, or warehouse environments

Education

High school diploma or GED
