Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment is seeking a Food Runner to deliver meals from kitchen to guests and bowling lanes in a fast-paced venue. You will be the key link between Front of House and Back of House, ensuring guests have everything they need and that orders are accurate.

The role requires a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and teamwork in a busy environment, with the ability to lift at least 40 pounds and manage time effectively. Excellent guest service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Support BOH and FOH staff with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to tables or lanes accurately and rapidly.
• Maintain knowledge of menus including carryout and catering.
• Ensure guests have everything needed after delivery.
• Plate food and load trays with utensils and condiments.
• Inspect trays for required items and stock service stations.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and managers as needed.
• Handle cups, refills, and beverage service; wash glassware.
• Assist with moving kegs and other duties as assigned.
