The pay is $10.00 per hour plus tips, with a guaranteed minimum with tips to ensure a minimum hourly earnings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of A la Carte experience in a Food & Beverage operation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance with approved uniform and name tag.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the expediting line and organize order tickets.
• Communicate effectively with Dining Room Manager, Servers, Host/Hostess and Kitchen team.
• Deliver carryout and room service orders.
• Serve all food items in accordance with company standards in a courteous manner.
• Lift and carry multiple plates from kitchen to dining room.
• Promote teamwork by assisting co-workers and maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety policies and keep colleagues informed.
