Qualifications

• Great verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Flexibility to work different shifts.
• The ability to work quickly and adapt on the go.
• Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Able to walk or stand for nearly 100 percent of shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Help customers with orders by explaining dishes and drinks and making recommendations as appropriate.
• Coordinate food orders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to guests.
• Refill water and periodically check on guests to handle any issues promptly.
• Maintain our high food safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean and reset tables.
• Assist with customer complaints.
• Must be efficient, detail-oriented, courteous, attention to cleanliness and a team player attitude.
• Food runners need to be quick and efficient in order to serve as many customers as possible.
• They also need to pay close attention to detail to ensure that the chef didn't miss any foods on the plate.
• A positive attitude and a courteous demeanor with customers is a must, as well as making sure you are clean and presentable.
• Lastly, a food runner needs to be able to work well with others and help us with other responsibilities as needed.
