COTE in Las Vegas, managed by Gracious Hospitality Management, seeks a friendly Runner to ensure fast delivery from kitchen to tables. You will explain dishes, note allergies, and liaise between kitchen and service teams.

A high-energy environment requires attentiveness, teamwork, and excellent guest communication. Qualifications include English proficiency, a Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain), and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, understand, and follow written and verbal English.
• Must be reachable by email and able to communicate by phone.
• Clear and effective communication; detail oriented.
• Positive, team-player mindset with professionalism under pressure.
• Adheres to safety standards and health regulations.
• Food handler certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to tables promptly and accurately.
• Explain dishes, ingredients, and allergy notes to guests.
• Communicate allergy or dietary needs to kitchen staff.
• Maintain station cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Assist other stations as needed and train new staff.
• Ensure safety and proper food temperatures during service.
