Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel seeks a Food Runner to assist Servers by expediting food tickets and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality dishes to the correct tables and guests. You will help create a superior guest experience by monitoring tables and communicating clearly between guests, front‑of‑house staff, and the culinary team.

The Food Runner supports the Supervisor, Food and Beverage by initiating preparation and timely service for subsequent courses as guests approach the end

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Card.
• Must obtain and maintain Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certification upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at their table and expedite food tickets to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure plates are garnished and dishes are delivered to the correct tables and guests; announce dishes as served.
• Maintain communication between guests, front-of-house staff and culinary team; assist with additional guest requests.
• Assist with table maintenance, bussing and resetting, and uphold Yaamava Service and Brand Standards.
• Keep workspace clean, organized and compliant with health and safety guidelines.
