Upstream Hospitality Group is seeking an expeditor/food runner who is fast on their feet, team-driven, and ready to bring positive energy to every shift.

You will deliver food to guests promptly, verify presentation, review orders for special instructions, and support both front- and back-of-house teams while upholding safety standards. Qualifications

• Ability to carry multiple plates, trays, and beverages safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of your shift.
• A positive attitude and commitment to being a reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure dishes meet presentation and prep standards before leaving kitchen.
• Review orders for special instructions and dietary needs.
• Communicate guest feedback to servers and managers.
• Greet guests warmly and contribute to an outstanding dining experience.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams; stay proactive.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies.
• Assist with additional duties to help the team and maintain operations.
