FiveStar seeks a Floating Food Service Manager to partner with the General Manager in planning, supervising, and managing food service operations. You will oversee customer service, merchandising, sanitation, and training to uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities include collaborating on promotions, inventory control, and adherence to health and safety regulations. The role requires flexibility for varied shifts and a professional, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of food service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Knowledge of food service equipment.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in the food service area.
• Partner with management to ensure FiveStar customer service per policies.
• Stay informed on health and food safety regulations in sanitation, storage, temperatures, and preparation.
• Follow company policies on inventory, food quality, equipment maintenance and cleaning, and production guides.
• Communicate with General Managers about weekly/monthly specials and company programs.
• Merchandise products with signage, pricing, freshness, and presentation.
• Promote FiveStar food service promotions.
• Train and supervise staff in food service responsibilities in collaboration with the General Manager.
