Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive repair experience; 3 years preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
• Own some basic tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• B level qualifications, including diagnostic, electrical and engine repair
• Experience with Dealertrack Software
• Dexterity and steady hand with good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teamwork and collaboration with others

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and repair work to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Communicate repair needs clearly with advisors and leadership
• Ensure accurate documentation and repair order notes
• Conduct thorough inspections and identify additional service needs
• Maintain tools, shop equipment, and a clean, safe work area
