Job summary

Lundgren Subaru in Claremont, NH is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician (Flat Rate) to join our service team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Subaru vehicles and other makes with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates have prior technician experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a flat-rate environment. Subaru/ASE certs are a plus, with paid training and factory certification opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician or mechanic required.
• Willingness to obtain Subaru/ASE certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Subaru and other makes efficiently.
• Perform brakes, suspension, engine diagnostics, alignments, and maintenance.
• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify issues.
• Follow safety policies and communicate repair needs to service advisors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic required
• Subaru and/or ASE certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain certifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical skills
• Ability to thrive in a flat-rate performance environment
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Subaru vehicles as well as other makes and models efficiently and accurately
• Perform a variety of automotive services, including brake repairs, suspension work, engine diagnostics and repair, alignments, and general maintenance
• Utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
• Adhere to all manufacturer guidelines, dealership policies, and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle conditions and repair recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
