Gresham Subaru in Gresham, Oregon is seeking a Main Shop Technician to join our growing team. If you're a skilled automotive technician, you’ll work on engine, electrical, brakes, and more in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications or manufacturer certifications preferred (Subaru a plus, but not required).
• At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop setting.
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and willing to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
• Communicate with service advisors and fellow technicians regarding status and repairs needed
• Keep up with manufacturer training and certifications (we help you with that!)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Main Shop Technician Job Responsibilities

Main Shop Technician Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $23.00 to $35.00 Flat Rate
